THE OPERATING VIEW

Your costs live everywhere. Your answer should not.

Spendr turns fragmented invoices and usage data into one durable view of what changed, who owns it, and what needs attention.

01

What changed?

Trace the increase to a provider, service, model, project, or team.
02

Who owns it?

Give every cost a clear operational owner before finance has to ask.
03

What happens next?

Catch budget risk and unusual usage early enough to act.

WHAT YOU CAN DO TODAY

From a number on the bill to the reason behind it.

Spendr keeps the context, controls, and evidence around technology spend in one place.

01

Unified cost overview

See gross usage, credits, net cost, trends, provider mix, and data freshness in the same scope.

02

Cost Explorer

Follow spend from provider to account, service, resource, and cost component without rebuilding reports.

03

Ownership and allocation

Connect costs to accountable teams and make unallocated spend visible before review time.

04

Budgets and alerts

Track limits, define alert rules, and surface budget risk while there is still time to respond.

05

Anomaly signals

Review unusual cost movement with the provider, scope, expected cost, and actual cost attached.

06

Connection health

Know when data last arrived, whether a source needs attention, and when an import is still running.

07

Organization access

Use company sign-in, role-based workspace access, and organization-scoped data boundaries.

08

Read-only customer API

Query the organization-scoped cost data behind Spendr with expiring, revocable API keys.

BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO OWN THE OUTCOME

One cost language across the company.

Everyone works from the same underlying data, with the context needed for their decisions.

ENGINEERING

Find the technical driver.

See which service, project, model, or resource moved and investigate the billing evidence behind it.

FINANCE

Reconcile the number.

Separate gross usage, credits, and net cost, then compare the current period with a consistent baseline.

OPERATIONS & FINOPS

Turn visibility into a routine.

Track ownership, allocation, budgets, anomalies, alerts, and source health from one workspace.

LEADERSHIP

See what deserves attention.

Understand overall technology spend, its biggest drivers, and where accountability or action is missing.

FROM CONNECTION TO FIRST ANSWER

Connect once. Know what happens next.

Spendr shows the state of every source instead of leaving your team to guess whether data is ready.

01

Create your company workspace

Sign in with an eligible company Google account. Personal email domains are not used for workspace access.

02

Connect with read-only access

Follow provider-specific steps for a billing export, IAM role, or organization admin API key.

03

Validate and import

Spendr validates access and starts the first import after connection. Provider status and data freshness remain visible.

04

Investigate and involve the team

Explore cost movement, assign ownership, define budgets and alerts, and invite the people responsible.

YOUR STACK, ONE COST LANGUAGE

Every provider belongs in the same operating view.

Spendr starts with cloud and AI spend, and is being built to cover every recurring technology cost your organization needs to understand.

BUILT TO HANDLE BILLING DATA

Useful access. Narrow permissions.

Spendr is early, so we make concrete product controls—not certification badges—the center of the security story.

Ask a security question →

EARLY PRODUCT. REAL WORKFLOWS.

Judge Spendr by what you can inspect.

We do not have customer-logo walls, certifications, or manufactured savings claims yet. The product is built around verifiable billing evidence and transparent data state.

Reconciled cost views

Gross usage, credits, and net cost stay separate so a zero bill never hides the underlying activity.

Visible source health

Connected, importing, waiting, and attention-required states are shown directly in the workspace.

Evidence before promises

Cost drivers link back to provider, account, service, resource, SKU, and date whenever the source supplies them.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What teams ask before connecting billing data.

Which integrations are available today?

Google Cloud, AWS, OpenAI, and Anthropic are the current connection paths. Other providers shown on this page are roadmap categories, not live connectors.

Does Spendr change anything in our provider account?

No. Provider connections are designed for billing and usage ingestion. Spendr cannot create, edit, stop, or delete your cloud or software resources.

What happens after we connect a provider?

Spendr validates the supplied access and starts the first import. The integration page shows whether the source is importing, waiting for provider data, ready, or needs attention.

How long does the first import take?

It depends on the provider and whether its billing export already contains data. API sources can begin quickly; a newly enabled cloud billing export may need time before the provider publishes its first rows.

How are credits and discounts handled?

Spendr keeps gross usage, credits or savings, and net cost separate. This preserves the cost of underlying activity even when credits reduce the final bill to zero.

Can we remove an integration?

Owners and admins can remove a connection. Future imports stop and stored provider credentials are deleted; previously imported billing history remains available for reporting.

Who can access a workspace?

Spendr uses company Google sign-in and organization membership. Workspace roles control administrative and operational access, while data remains scoped to the organization.

How is Spendr priced?

Launch pricing is not published yet. Tell us about your providers and monthly technology spend, and we will discuss the right early-access arrangement with you.

Can we request another provider?

Yes. Spendr’s direction is broad coverage across cloud, AI, developer, data, observability, and SaaS spend. Use the form below to tell us which source matters most.
